Concent

Basic Terms and Condition of being part of Brilliant Skin Essentials but not limited to:

1. The Reseller or Distributor must reach quota per month.

Quota per month are as follows:

    a. Regional Distributor: 300,000 Pesos
    b. Provincial Distributor: 200 000 Pesos
    c. City Distributor: 100,000 Pesos
    d. Municipal Distributor: 50,000 Pesos
    e. District Distributor: 30, 000 Pesos
    f. Reseller: 25,000 Pesos

2. An Authorized Distributor or Reseller is encouraged to post and market BAMBUHAY products regularly. We have Official Facebook      Pages that are postings Ads, you are obliged to at least re-post or share it to your registered Selling Facebook Account in the               Official Master List.

3. An Authorized Distributor or Reseller may still sell other products aside from BAMBUHAY products.

4. An Authorized Distributor or Reseller is not allowed to have their own brand.

5. An Authorized Distributor or Reseller should follow the Suggested Retail Price and is only allowed to Distribute in their registered      territory.

6. The Authorized Distributor or Reseller must have at least one of the following:
    a. Physical Store with BAMBUHAY inspired design or signage.  
    b. Kiosk with BAMBUHAY inspired design or signage.
    c. Branch with BAMBUHAY inspired design or signage.
    d.The signage must be accredited by the company, esp. the lay out particularly the Company Logo
